I safety train new folks coming into the Bennett lab, get them oriented to their projects, and remain a resource to them as they progress. I track and organize our vast stock of bacterial and plasmid samples, maintain equipment and manage supplies, and generally try to keep folks from blowing up the lab. If you need something from our lab, it’s usually most practical and efficient to see me first. As a former member of Dr. Rudolph’s lab, I am also familiar with his lab and can be a resource to you if you have any questions regarding his space, equipment, or chemicals. |
