January 14 - 22      Science Fair Introduced in Lab.

January 23 - 30      Groups chosen; topic questions discussed.

February 2003

February 3 - 10      Project question due. Research question as homework.  Begin   completing Scientific Method Sheet.

February 11 - 19    Scientific Method Sheet due (with completed Hypothesis, Procedures, Materials List and Variable). Experiments can begin as soon as Scientific Method Sheet is reviewed by teacher. 

February 20 - 27     Complete Experiments; Make chart to collect data; Graph Results

March 2003

March 3 - 6        Finish up projects.  Write up Results, Conclusions, Bibliography and Future Investigations.  Decorate Folder Covers.

March 10           All projects due.

March 24, 25    Science Fair

March 26    Rice School Science/Technology Night.  All Science Fair Projects will be displayed.  Science Fair Winners will be announced.
